If the Buyer selects home delivery during the ordering process, our Company undertakes to send the ordered jewelry free of charge to the Buyer within the specified deadline via GLS courier service.

Our Company covers the delivery costs of orders placed in the online store or our showroom. If the Buyer returns the jewelry due to size issues or repairs, the Buyer is responsible for the new shipping costs. Our Company will cover the reshipping costs only if the size issue or damage is attributable to the Company.

Orders placed in the online store are delivered via GLS courier service. The courier delivers orders Monday to Friday between 08:00 and 17:00.

If the Buyer is not present at the specified address during this period, it is advisable to provide an alternative delivery address (e.g., workplace) where the Buyer can definitely receive the ordered product during the delivery time.

If the courier cannot find anyone at the specified address, they will leave their contact details and arrange a delivery appointment for the next day or a subsequent day.

If the Buyer is not present at the delivery address at the scheduled time, the GLS courier will leave a notification at the delivery address. Using the number on the notification, the Buyer can arrange a new delivery address and time with GLS. The courier service will attempt delivery of the ordered products one more time.

The courier will attempt delivery twice at most; however, if the second attempt also fails due to reasons attributable to the Buyer, the second delivery cost will be charged to the Buyer.

Receiving the product from the GLS courier and signing the delivery document means that the quantity and quality acceptance of the product has taken place, and the Buyer can only exercise the right of withdrawal after acceptance. Therefore, the Company cannot accept quantity or quality complaints after the courier has left.

By signing the delivery note, the Buyer acknowledges that the received package, both externally and internally, complies with the order (the package contents are intact and the packaging or product is not damaged).

If the Buyer notices damage to the product or packaging upon receipt, a damage report must be requested from the person performing the delivery. If the packaging or product is visibly damaged at the time of receipt and the damage occurred prior to receiving the goods, the Company guarantees free return of the product. The Company does not accept liability for damage detected after receipt.

Our products are custom-made. Each product is tailored personally, so full-price returns are not possible. If the finished jewelry is not needed, please contact us as soon as possible via email at info@brillancy.hu, and we will prepare a personalized buy-back offer for you.
