Warranty
- Quality Guarantee
All our products come with a Quality Certificate, which includes the material of the given jewelry (14–18 karat gold – silver, fineness in thousandths), the exact weight, and information about the hallmark. If the jewelry contains gemstones, the Quality Certificate includes their type, cut style, color, clarity, and weight in carats (ct).
We also provide a gemstone appraisal sheet for our gemstone jewelry, which includes details about the material, exact weight, metal marking, and the type, weight in carats, cut type, cut quality, color, and clarity of the gemstones.
The Quality Certificate and gemstone appraisal sheet can be issued in English upon request.
1.2. Tracking – Restoration
Within our complex services, we guarantee perfect execution of ordered products and, under certain conditions, their periodic restoration.
1.3. Cleaning
Diamonds naturally attract greasy, oily dirt. The diamond surface can be wiped easily, but the cleaned area inside the setting requires professional expertise and special equipment. We offer free cleaning services for jewelry purchased from us, once a year for five years, to remove unwanted dirt.
1.4. Annual inspection – refurbishment
We undertake free refurbishment of jewelry purchased from us for five years, once a year. Refurbishment includes scratch removal, polishing, and matt finishing. Normal daily use may cause micro-scratches, scratches, and surface wear which are covered. Damages caused by improper use are not covered.
Additionally, we provide careful expert inspection of settings, gemstones, and the structure of the jewelry. If defects are found, we propose repairs.
1.5. Repair of damage caused by improper use
We undertake repair of damages caused by improper use at our price list if the jewelry can be repaired. Further information is available in the Contact section.
2. Size correction
If necessary, we undertake resizing of jewelry as requested. This option is only available if the design allows size correction.
2.1. Engagement Rings
Post-purchase size correction for engagement rings is free of charge once within one month from the purchase date.
General rules regarding size correction:
- Size correction is not always possible. It depends on the design of the jewelry whether correction is feasible. If correction is not possible, the ring must be remanufactured. This cost is borne by the Buyer.
- If size correction is possible, the general rule is that the ring can be resized by a maximum of 3–5 numbers, meaning the inner circumference of the ring can be reduced or expanded by 3–5 mm.

2.2. Wedding Rings
Post-purchase size correction for wedding rings varies depending on the design.
General rules regarding size correction:
- The correction fee may differ depending on the style and design.
- If additional material is required due to resizing, the material cost is borne by the Buyer.
- Size correction is not always possible. It depends on the design of the jewelry whether correction is feasible. If correction is not possible, the ring must be remanufactured. This cost is borne by the Buyer.
- If size correction is possible, the general rule is that the ring can be resized by a maximum of 1–3 numbers, meaning the inner circumference can be adjusted by 1–3 mm. This may vary by design.
- Size cannot be changed for "eternity" rings. Due to the nature of the setting, enlarging or reducing the size poses a high risk to the stones.

3. Warranty
We provide a warranty for jewelry manufactured by our company.
Our company does not sell products covered by mandatory warranties under Government Decree 151/2003 (IX. 22.) on durable consumer goods; however, we provide a minimum one-year warranty from the date of delivery on products we sell. Warranty duration may vary by product but is no less than one year.
We provide a voluntary lifetime warranty on the structure, material defects, and gemstones of the jewelry to the Buyer, valid with annual inspections conducted by our manufactory.
The warranty does not cover:
- Wear and scratches due to normal use.
- Damage caused by improper use.
- Damage caused by external impacts (hits, pressure, friction), such as loosening or loss of stones.
- Damage or loss of gemstones due to improper use.
- Loss of jewelry.
- Discoloration due to external chemicals (cosmetics, medicinal baths, etc.).
- Health effects caused by the composition of materials (e.g., metal allergy).
- Damage caused by allergic reactions.
The warranty does not apply to damaged products (if the stone was deliberately knocked out, stepped on, damaged, heavily scratched, stones replaced, or the jewelry was counterfeit). The warranty does not cover defects that occurred after the product was handed over to the consumer, such as misuse, neglect of instructions, improper storage or handling, vandalism, natural disasters.
To enforce the warranty, the Buyer must return or bring the product to our showroom so that our specialists can examine the cause of the defect and the possibility of repair.
After the product is received, we begin inspection and repair — if possible — and contact the Buyer upon completion or if repair is not possible, inform the Buyer about the replacement of the product.
Our company will return the repaired or replaced product to the Buyer’s address free of charge, or the Buyer may pick it up personally at our showroom. However, if the product is found to be faultless after inspection, or if it is clearly established that the defect was caused by improper use, the repair will not be carried out under warranty, and the Buyer will bear the cost of returning the product.
