If you are a customer and wish to be an active user of our webshop, please read our General Terms and Conditions carefully. Use our services only if you fully agree with all points and consider them binding for yourself. This document is concluded exclusively in electronic form; it is not filed physically, cannot be retrieved later, and does not refer to any code of conduct. This agreement includes the effective date. The language of the contract is Hungarian.

2. General Information About the Webshop
Technical information and detailed terms related to the use of the webshop, which are not included in these General Terms and Conditions, can be found on the webshop’s subpages.
The Service Provider does not adhere to any code of conduct.
2.1. Introduction
Our goal is to provide Customers with an online platform where they can quickly and conveniently select the jewelry that best suits them. Necessary product-related information is available on the webshop’s subpages. If Customers have further questions, they are encouraged to contact us through any of the multiple contact points on the site.
The products displayed on the webshop can be made in any size and in colors available on the market according to order requests. Most products can be ordered with different gemstones, diamonds of different weight, color, and clarity than those indicated on the data sheet. Custom modifications naturally involve different prices. For inquiries, please contact us using the details provided in point 1.

Prices displayed include the legally prescribed 27% VAT but do not always include the cost of home delivery. Prices include packaging fees.
2.2.1. Stocking
The Service Provider only keeps stock of a portion of the displayed jewelry. Due to the large number of rings in our sample collection, the wide variety of colors upon request, and the nearly infinite combinations resulting from different diamond colors and clarity, it is not possible to have ready models in every size, material, color, and with every type of stone set.
Nevertheless, jewelry can be ordered based on custom requirements, with an additional fee, either with a one-week or a few-days urgent delivery.
2.2.2. Diamonds
All diamonds displayed on the site are natural and cut by hand. Colored diamonds are also natural but receive their color through special treatments.
2.2.3. Engagement Rings
The images of engagement rings shown in the webshop are illustrations. Minor differences may occur in reality. These differences are generally insignificant and mostly arise from varying sizes and different colored stones.
Some engagement rings displayed in the webshop can be viewed as a sample collection at the Service Provider’s showroom (1065 Budapest, Podmaniczky St. 11).
Jewelry made by the Service Provider can be ordered in white, yellow, or rose gold. Diamonds in the jewelry can be ordered in any combination of VVS, VS, SI clarity and G, H, I, J colors. Different combinations correspond to different prices. Customers can inquire about prices using any of the contact details provided in point 1.
The Service Provider reserves the right to change prices at any time. However, the Customer will be notified of any price changes early in the ordering process and the Service Provider strives to moderate any price changes.
2.2.4. Wedding Bands
The images of wedding bands displayed in the webshop are illustrations. Minor differences may occur in reality. These differences are generally insignificant and mostly arise from varying sizes and different colored stones.
Some wedding bands displayed in the webshop can be viewed as a sample collection at the Service Provider’s showroom (1065 Budapest, Podmaniczky St. 11). The made wedding bands are custom-designed, handcrafted jewelry, which may include gemstones upon request.
The prices listed for wedding bands in the webshop are indicative, calculated with an estimated weight for sizes 50 and 58. Due to weight differences from different finger sizes, and various modifications requested by the Customer (such as color, width, material thickness, changes in diamond size or quantity), the price may vary. Therefore, Customers always receive an individual price quote based on an estimated weight. For webshop orders, the individual price quote is sent in the second confirmation email, while for personal orders, the price calculation is prepared immediately onsite at the showroom. The final amount is adjusted based on the actual weight of the finished wedding band, which may differ slightly from the approximate individual quote.
The Service Provider also undertakes the design and creation of wedding bands based on the Customer’s individual requirements. The average production time for custom wedding bands is 4–6 weeks.
2.2.5. Pendants
The images of pendants displayed in the webshop are illustrations. Minor differences may occur in reality. These differences are generally insignificant and mostly arise from differently colored stones.
2.2.6. Quality Guarantee
All our products come with a quality certificate, which may include the following upon request:

Diamond appraisal sheet + quality certificate issued for the jewelry
The jewelry appraisal sheet includes the material of the jewelry (14–18 karat gold, silver, fineness in thousandths), hallmark information, and the clarity, color, cut type, cut quality, and weight of diamonds in the jewelry.
The diamond appraisal sheet includes the clarity, color, cut type, cut quality, dimensions, and weight of the diamond. It can be issued in English or Hungarian upon request.
The quality certificate includes the material of the jewelry (14–18 karat gold, silver, fineness in thousandths), hallmark information, exact weight, and the clarity, color, cut type, and weight of diamonds in the jewelry.
2.3. Size Correction
If necessary, the Service Provider undertakes resizing of the jewelry according to the Customer’s request. This option is only available if the design of the jewelry allows for size correction.
2.3.1. Engagement Rings
Post-purchase size correction is free once within one month for engagement rings of designs and gemstone types and sizes that allow this.
General rules for size correction:
If size correction is possible, it usually involves reducing or enlarging the inner circumference of the ring by 3–5 mm (3–5 sizes).
During peak seasons (June 15 to August 31, and December 1 to 31), urgent resizing requests cannot be guaranteed, and the average processing time may be longer.
If the Customer requests multiple size corrections, the costs of the second and subsequent corrections are borne by the Customer. Multiple resizing may weaken the material.
Size correction is not always possible. It depends on the jewelry’s design whether resizing is feasible. If resizing is not possible, the ring must be remanufactured, and the cost is borne by the Customer.
Size correction usually involves soldering. Different gemstones react differently to the heat during soldering. If a gemstone is sensitive, it may need to be removed during resizing. Some gemstones, like emeralds, are sensitive and may be damaged during removal and re-setting. If the gemstone is damaged during resizing, replacement at the Customer’s cost is necessary.
Multiple removal and resetting of gemstones may weaken or damage the settings. If the Customer requests multiple resizing, the Customer also bears the cost of potential rebuilding of the settings.

2.3.2. Wedding Bands
Post-purchase resizing of wedding bands varies by design. Further product-specific information is available based on the product name on the product page and via the contact details in point 1.
General rules for resizing:
The cost varies by design.
Additional material costs due to resizing are borne by the Customer.
Resizing is not always possible depending on the design. If resizing is not feasible, the ring must be remanufactured at the Customer’s cost.
Generally, resizing allows reducing or enlarging the inner circumference by 1–3 mm (1–3 sizes). This varies by design.
“Eternity” rings cannot be resized because any modification poses high risk to the stones.

2.4. Tracking – Restoration
Within its complex services, the Service Provider guarantees perfect execution of ordered products and, under certain conditions, undertakes to periodically restore and refurbish the made jewelry.
2.4.1. Annual Inspection – Cleaning
Diamonds easily attract grease and oil-based dirt. While diamond surfaces can be easily wiped, cleaning under the setting requires expertise and special equipment. The Service Provider offers free cleaning for jewelry made by them, once a year for five years, to remove unwanted dirt. They also inspect settings, gemstones, and the jewelry structure and propose repairs if defects are found.
2.4.2. Annual Refurbishment
The Service Provider offers free refurbishment of jewelry made by them once a year for five years. Refurbishment includes removal of micro-scratches, scratches, and surface wear due to normal daily use. Damaged jewelry cannot be treated under this service. Repairs for damage caused by improper use are not free, as the cause is outside the Service Provider’s responsibility.
2.4.3. Repair of Damage from Improper Use
Repairs for damage caused by improper use are performed at the Service Provider’s price list if the jewelry can be repaired. For further information, contact the Service Provider using the details in point 1.
2.5. Gold Buyback
Customers may exchange used gold jewelry towards the price of ordered jewelry. Used jewelry can only be handed over in person at the Service Provider’s showroom. The weight and price of the used jewelry (95% of the daily world market price in HUF/g) are recorded on a work order. Used jewelry is examined in the workshop. Gold jewelry is credited towards the ordered jewelry’s price at the recorded price on the day of handover; non-gold jewelry is returned to the Customer. If the Customer changes their mind within 24 hours, the jewelry can still be reclaimed; after 24 hours, the Service Provider is not obliged to return the jewelry, and it will be processed. Stones in gold jewelry are not bought or credited by the Service Provider; stones may be damaged during examination and refining and cannot be returned. If the Customer wants the stones, they can be extracted for a fee and returned.
3. Using the Webshop
If the Customer has questions about products before purchase, the Service Provider is available via phone or email (see point 1). Instructions for use are included with products or handed over on personal pickup. If the Customer does not receive instructions, they must inform the Service Provider before using the product. For more information about product quality, features, or usability beyond the webshop, contact the Service Provider.
3.1. Purchasing in the Webshop
The webshop allows fast and easy order placement.
3.1.1. Ordering Process
All content of the webshop is accessible to any Customer.
Registration is not required for purchase; the webshop does not offer registration functionality.
Customers may place orders for products advertised for sale in the webshop.
Detailed product information and prices are available by clicking the product name or image.
Diamond color and clarity options on the product page can be selected by clicking the price field for the chosen combination. The listed price includes diamond price, making fee, precious metal cost, setting fee, plating, and packaging.
If the Customer finds a desired item, they can add it to the cart by clicking the “Add to Cart” icon. The cart contents then appear in the upper left. Customers may continue browsing or empty the cart by clicking the “empty cart” icon.
To proceed with purchase, the Customer clicks the “Order” icon.

The purchase process concludes by clicking “Order”.
After submission, the webshop confirms successful order placement and the system sends an automatic notification email to the Customer.
3.1.2. Jewelry Prices
Prices shown include VAT and other charges but exclude delivery costs.
Prices next to products are based on average sizes and are indicative. Price may vary with size changes.
Prices are shown in Hungarian Forint (HUF).
The Service Provider reserves the right to change prices.
Slight weight variations (2–5%) may occur due to manufacturing technology.
The Service Provider is not responsible for incorrect or unrealistic prices due to system errors. In such cases, the Service Provider will contact the Customer and offer the option to purchase at the correct price or cancel without penalty.
3.1.3. Data Correction
Customers may correct input errors at any point before order submission (e.g., removing products from cart, correcting shipping address).
3.1.4. Confirmation and Offer Binding
The Service Provider automatically confirms receipt of the order via email, listing order details.
This auto-confirmation does not constitute a contract.
A second email within 72 hours informs the Customer of order acceptance.
The contract forms upon receipt of this second email.
Customers must report errors in the confirmation email within 24 hours.
Customers are relieved from offer binding if the second confirmation is not received within 72 hours.
The contract is electronic and governed by Hungarian law and EU distance contract regulations.
3.1.5. Payment Methods

All jewelry is custom-made on order. Production begins after deposit payment:
Under HUF 100,000: 30% of price
Between HUF 100,000 and 300,000: 20% of price
Over HUF 300,000: 15% of price
Deposit can be paid by bank transfer or cash/card at showroom.
Custom jewelry deposits vary by complexity:
Under HUF 300,000: 20–30%
Over HUF 300,000: 15–20%
Production starts after deposit is received.
3.1.6. Invoicing
Invoices issued upon delivery or pickup as proof of payment.
3.1.7. Delivery
Delivery via GLS courier within specified time.
If Customer unavailable, alternative delivery addresses recommended.
GLS attempts delivery twice; costs of second failed attempt borne by Customer.
Customer must check package for damage and report immediately.
3.1.7.2. Delivery Times
Average production times:
Engagement rings: 2–3 weeks (sometimes 4–5)
Wedding bands: 6 weeks (sometimes 7–8)
Pendants: 6–8 weeks
Plus 2 working days for delivery
3.1.7.3. Delivery Charges
Pickup in Budapest showroom is free.
Domestic GLS delivery is free.
Foreign delivery conditions upon inquiry.
3.1.7.4. Personal Pickup

3.2. Shorter Production Deadlines
Faster production possible with extra fee; contact required. Provider reserves right to refuse rush orders.
3.3. 5–9 Business Days Production
Available only for showroom pickup; extra fee applies.
4. Discount
5% discount for Customers subscribed to newsletter and ordering within 30 days.
No discount for rush orders.
5. Right of Withdrawal
Applies to consumers outside their trade or business activities.
Consumers have 14 working days from receipt to withdraw without reason.
5.1. Exclusions from Withdrawal Right
Products with price linked to financial market fluctuations;
Products made to Customer’s specifications.
5.2. Withdrawal Procedure
Consumer must send clear withdrawal declaration via mail or email using contact details in point 1. Withdrawal form available [here]. Declaration not mandatory.
Withdrawal is timely if sent before deadline.
Provider confirms receipt by email.
Written withdrawal valid if sent within 8 working days.
Post date or email send time determines timing.
Return costs borne by Consumer. Damages from improper use may be charged.
Provider does not accept COD returns.
Refund within 30 days including shipping.
6. Warranty and Guarantee
6.1. Warranty
6.1.1. Warranty for Defects
Consumer can claim within 2 years from receipt for defects existing at delivery.
Non-consumer contracts have 1-year claim period.
Consumer can request repair or replacement unless impossible or disproportionate. Otherwise, price reduction, repair at Consumer cost, or contract withdrawal possible. Minor defects do not justify withdrawal.
Consumer can switch remedy but bears costs unless justified.
Defects must be reported within 2 months.
Claims made directly against Provider.
Within 6 months, proof of purchase sufficient to claim.
After 6 months, Consumer must prove defect existed at delivery.
Partial claims apply only to specified part.
6.1.2. Product Warranty
Consumer can claim product warranty within 2 years.
Cannot claim warranty and defect liability simultaneously for same defect.
Claim must be for repair or replacement.
Consumer proves defect.
Product defective if not meeting standards or described features.
Provider only exempt if proves defect not present at sale or due to law.
6.2. Guarantee
Provider does not sell products under mandatory guarantee law but offers at least 1-year guarantee.
Lifetime voluntary guarantee on material and gemstones with annual free surface renewal for 5 years.
Guarantee exclusions:
Discoloration from chemicals
Wear and scratches
Damage or loss of stones from misuse
Health effects from materials (e.g., allergies)
Loss of jewelry
Size changes due to external factors
Damage from misuse or allergic reactions
Damage from impacts or abrasions
Guarantee valid if returned for inspection and repair.
Repairs done if possible; otherwise, replacement informed.
Repaired or replaced items sent free or picked up.
If no defect or misuse found, repair not covered; return costs borne by Customer.
6.3. Enforcing Warranty and Guarantee
Claims can be made at showroom or via contacts.
7. Legal Remedies

7.2. Complaint Procedure
Written complaints are answered within 30 days (excluding holidays).
Oral complaints handled immediately or recorded in minutes kept for 5 years.
Minutes copy provided to customer on site or with written response.
Phone or electronic oral complaints get minutes copy with substantive reply.
7.3. Complaint Hours
Complaints accepted weekdays 12:00–20:00 at above contacts.
7.4. Other Legal Options
If unresolved, customer may:
File complaint with consumer protection authority
Initiate conciliation procedure
Budapest Conciliation Board address and contacts provided.
8. Unilateral Amendment of Terms and Conditions
Provider may amend Terms with prior notification on webshop. Changes apply on first use after effect date and to subsequent orders.
9. Retention of Title
Product remains Provider’s property until full payment. If possession occurs earlier, Customer is liable for damages.
10. Other Provisions
Provider reserves right to make changes to webshop without notice and move webshop to another domain.
